SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

  • We ship domestically to all 50 states in the US.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and shipping is free on orders of $39.00 and up.
  • Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

ORDER STATUS

 If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, please email us here.  Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 6:00 PM PST

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

 Orders submitted before 3 pm PST are processed same day. If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact a Zenutrient Customer Representative by email here, before 3:00 pm PST.  Enter on the Subject Line - "Can I Change My Order with Tracking Number?" .  To expedite your request, please state your order tracking number. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

CANCELLED ORDERS

 Your order may be cancelled for a number of reasons:

  1. If the product you selected is out of stock, it cannot be ordered.
  2. If you have not responded to emails sent regarding the following: declined credit card; incorrect billing information; &/or verification of billing/shipping address for priority ship orders.
  3. You changed your mind.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact a Zen Customer Representative by emailing us here. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

All Zenutrient products are satisfaction guaranteed.  

Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products to the original point of purchase, for a full 100% money-back guarantee.

Customers who purchase products from Zenutrient U.S. website may return them by mail. 

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days after the receipt of the products.  Contact us here The return label will be emailed.  
  • Authorized returns may be sent back for a full refund to the original form of payment.  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. 
  • Refunds generally take 10 – 15 business days to appear on your statement. 

Items purchased in all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase.  

If you buy Zenutrients products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
